What Innovative Requires:
- Authorization for owner and employees to legally work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of experience installing residential exterior products
- Own a reliable truck or van that is in presentable condition
- Must have own working tools and scaffolding
- Proper liability and workers compensation insurance
- Home improvement license
- Employment of a qualified crew
- Exceptional customer service skills
